London at Dusk

I've been at a conference most of this week and haven't had a chance to finish up my next blog post but I will hopefully get it finished this weekend.

In the meantime, I am posting one of my favorite London pics. I took it as dusk was beginning from across the Thames shortly after I rode the London Eye. I'm not sure what it is that strikes me so about this photo except that for me, it seems to encompass everything I thought, and still think, about London. It's a mix of the old and new in ways that some of us the U.S. may never fully understand. It's dusky and romantic. It's hectic and modern. It's London.
