I LOVE PASTA!! One of the things I loved about Italy was being able to walk into almost any restaurant and know that my pasta was probably made right there that very same morning.
I made pasta once before but recently went to a pasta making class and learned some pasta making tips from a real chef. I came home and immediately hit the kitchen to try my hand at my new skills.
